Dr. Shelly Lewis with Women’s Health Specialists is our February HEART FOR HEALING honoree. I was pregnant and needed an obstetrician. A friend highly recommended Dr. Lewis. About 20 weeks into the pregnancy, she discovered that I had preeclampsia. It was like a “balancing act” of giving my unborn baby time to grow and keeping my blood pressure under control. My wonderful baby girl came out a little early, but was only in the NICU for a short time.
