(MURFREESBORO, TN) On Saturday, a Fire Prevention Open House will include a fire truck show and tell, rescue boats, the landing of a medical helicopter and more. The event will be at the Miller Coliseum (304 W. Thompson Lane) in Murfreesboro this Saturday between 10AM and 2PM… That was Shan Womack, Assistant Fire Marshal of the Murfreesboro Fire & Rescue Department. A competition will also take place on Saturday between Murfreesboro Firefighters and Rutherford County Firefighters, with their focus on getting into a wrecked vehicle…
Food trucks will be on hand for the event, but outside of the food – the entire day is FREE to attend and open to everyone. Again, the Fire Prevention Open House will take place this Saturday (Oct. 8, 2022) between 10AM and 2PM at the Miller Coliseum at 304 West Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro.
