Norman Brown at Roscoe Brown, Inc. is our Toot's OUTSTANDING VOLUNTEER. Norman is active with Rutherford County Habitat for Humanity. He's always helping others. Norman volunteers much time as a member of Habitat's board of directors. He is also active in the community with volunteer work for the Murfreesboro Rotary Club and more.
