MURFREESBORO, TN – Local restaurant Joanie’s will be hosting a visit from America’s Best Restaurants in early December. Joanie’s is on the historic Rutherford County Square in Murfreesboro.
America’s Best Restaurants, a national media and marketing company focusing on local, independently-owned restaurants, will bring its ABR Roadshow to both locations of the restaurant on December 8th. Popular dishes will be highlighted, along with an extensive on-camera interview with owner Jason Day about the restaurant’s special place in the community. The episode will be aired extensively on social media channels at a later date.
Formerly named Red Bicycle, both locations of Joanie’s serve upscale breakfast and lunch items such as crepes, bagel sandwiches, gourmet burgers, and a large menu of gourmet coffee drinks. Day named the restaurant after his late mother Joan, whom he describes as a “she-ro”, having raised six successful children and battled cancer five times.
America’s Best Restaurants will be filming on location on Thursday December 8th. The Public Square location shoot begins at 9 am CST and will be followed by the St. Andrews location in the afternoon. The press is invited to attend. Joanie’s finished episodes’ premiere dates will be announced on their Facebook page and will be featured on America’s Best Restaurants’ website HERE.
