Murfreesboro Police Officer Terry Spence receives dinner for two from Demos’ Restaurant .

If you check the recipients on the radio station’s website, you’ll discover this is definitely not the first time Officer Spence has been selected by the public. In fact, he has received more votes than any other emergency responder.

This time a listener writes that she just filled-up with gas and was heading to a doctor’s appointment when she had car problems. The woman called the police. She said, “Officer Spence was there within a few minutes. He was so kind, polite and gracious in helping her with the problem”—and she was again on the way, thanks to Murfreesboro Police Officer Terry Spence. 

She said, “It was Valentine’s Day, and he gave me my only Valentine hug.”
