Sat. (Jan. 7, 2023) 8:30-11:30AM POLAR BEAR PLUNGE at SportsCom (DeJarnette Lane, Murfreesboro). The "Plunge" is partnering with the local Special Olympics organization as well as taking in canned food goods for local food banks.

• 8:30 a.m. Arctic Adventure in Sports Com gym. We'll have a DJ, inflatables and fun games for kids. Enjoy free hot chocolate, coffee and doughnuts.
• 9:45 a.m. Costume Contest
• 10:00 a.m. Make our way to Boro Beach to jump in the pool and Open Swim
• 11:30 a.m. Boro Beach closes
