Tis the season for the time to return gifts, which is what a lot of people may be doing the week after Christmas. For those who may have received the wrong size or the wrong gift all-together, be prepared to pay a restocking fee when returning your gift, according to Jonathan Poma, CEO of Loop… A recent survey found six in ten retailers have changed their return policies. Loop —a company helping more than 1,500 retailers save on return costs, says this has been a growing problem for retailers… Always ask the store before making return what their policy is and if any fees will be dropped if you make the return and receive a store credit as opposed to a cash refund.
