(Middle Tennessee) A man who was wanted by police in Nashville was found dead in Carthage, Tennessee. 41-Year-old Jeremiah Timon Abel was wanted by the long arm of the law for allegedly touching a friend’s daughter inappropriately.
On January 5th, Metro Nashville Police told the media that Abel was developed as a suspect in a case that focused on the sexual battery of a child that was under the age of 13. Police reported that Abel was wanted on two counts of aggravated sexual battery.
The incident that landed Abel on the wrong side of the law allegedly occurred inside the house of a reported friend. An investigation showed that Abel reportedly made his way into the little girls bedroom and allegedly touched her inappropriately. Police report the incident is believed to have occurred in mid-December of last year (2022).
The suspect was added to Nashville’s “Top 10 Most Wanted” list on December 28, 2022. Abel was found dead 21-days later. His lifeless body was located an hour East of Nashville in Carthage, Tennessee on Wednesday. See the previous story here.
