Mike Browning is our Toot’s Volunteer.  Mike helps improve the quality of life through his support of the arts. For many years, he has volunteered his talents by being on the board of the Murfreesboro Center for the Arts. Mike has a background in public relations, media and news writing. He is the Public Information Officer for the City of Murfreesboro.
