The Boro Art Crawl is looking for Visual Artists, Demonstration Artists, and Musical Performers for the next Art Crawl scheduled for Thursday, June 8, 5-8 p.m. Artists interested in showing and sales during the Crawl should apply by this weekend by visiting our Crawl Call. Main Street Murfreesboro
In collaboration with Main Street Murfreesboro, and Sip Shop, and Stroll, the Art Crawl announces our first Chalk Art Contest. Starting at 3 p.m., June 8, we invite you to come to do your thang on the street. Each artist and group of artists will be assigned a space and be in the competition for Best in Show and several prizes. While there are three youth categories through adults and groups, we especially wish to encourage our High School members to participate. Church Street Gallery
Church Street Gallery's A Fresh Cut on Flowers, inspired by the art of Mary Miller Veazie, is on exhibit through June 10, 2023. Featuring the work of more than 30 artists, you'll find a wide variety of interpretations and discoveries on the subject. In addition, CSG and M&J Home proudly host additional locations for CrawlTalks events on June 8. From 5 to 6:30 p.m. CSG will feature Murfreesboro favorite Meagan Armes, with an artist talk and demonstration. M&J Home is in the process of finalizing its featured artist.
Church Street Gallery is looking for artists to display in front of the gallery on Crawl night. So whether you are interested in June 8, August 4, featuring artists of the Rutherford Arts Alliance for American Artist Appreciation Month, September 15, featuring your MTSU Connection, November 3, or December 1, there's an evening of the Crawl we'd like to host you. Rutherford Arts Alliance
The Rutherford Arts Alliance presents the 5th RAA Visual Arts Group annual exhibition. Entitled Creatives: Five Years of the Rutherford Arts Alliance, this is a call to current and new members to apply to participate. This year's event will take place in the remarkable gallery space of The Center for the Arts. Scheduled June 26 - July 30, 2023, we'll install the art on June 22 with an Artists' Reception and Artist Panel on July 14 to coincide with the opening of Peter Pan, Broadway's timeless musical. The uninstall will take place on July 31.
