UPDATE: SHE HAS BEEN SAFELY LOCATED: (MURFREESBORO) After the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) issued a SILVER ALERT for 26-year-old Karyn Grimsley of Murfreesboro, she was safely located. Originally, authorities reported that Karyn had a medical condition that impaired her ability to return safely without assistance.

Again, she has been safely located.
