Faulkner helped organize the January "Teens Against Gender Mutilation Rally" that was on the Murfreesboro Civic Plaza. The outspoken high school student is against males competing on female teams, recently stating on Twitter, “Allowing men to compete in girls sports is diametrically opposed to the idea of “women’s rights.”

Faulkner was on The Rutherford Magazine show this past Sunday evening at 7, which aired LIVE on WGNS directly after the incident reportedly took place in the female locker room of Patterson Park.
