MURFREESBORO, TN – In Murfreesboro, MPD detectives are investigating a theft case that took place inside the Walgreens store on Old Fort Parkway. In the theft, more than $1,000 worth of over-the-counter pharmacy items were stolen on August 2nd.
This may not be the first time the culprit has struck, because a similar theft occurred the same day at the Medical Center Parkway location of Walgreens. Therefore, once a suspect is officially named, they could face multiple charges.
According to Murfreesboro Detectives, they would like to question a person of interest who was in both businesses during the time of the thefts. Police are asking, “If you know this man, please contact Detective Ray Worden at 629-201-5637.”
