Sat. (Nov. 18, 2023) 8:00AM First Annual "Wounded 4 Me 5k" in Woodbury. It begins and ends at the Arts Center of Cannon County (1424 John Bragg Highway). This is a fundraiser benefitting the Wounded Warrior Project. There will be limited parking at The Arts Center of Cannon County. Carpooling is encouraged. The race will happen, rain or shine.

PRE-REGISTRATION is open through Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023 by 11:59PM ($40 for adults, and $30 for those under 18). One of the PRE-REGISTRATION PERKS is that you are guaranteed a shirt and can pick up your race packet early! Shirts are only guaranteed to those who pre-register. However, additional shirts will be ordered beyond what is needed. First come, first serve, and sizes are as available!

EARLY PICK-UP: For those who pre-register by 11:59PM on Oct. 7, 2023, packets can be picked up at The Arts Center of Cannon County on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023, from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Race Day registration and check-in will be held from 6:15 AM until 7:45 AM on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023, at The Arts Center of Cannon County. All registrations made on race day must will with PayPal, cash, or check. There will be NO CREDIT CARD processing capabilities on site.

CHILDREN UNDER 13: Children under the age of 13 are required to be with an adult at all times during the race. Volunteers will be monitoring the course for unattended, underage children. Safety is a priority!

STROLLERS & PETS: Strollers are welcome, but anyone with a stroller will be required to line up at the rear. No pets are allowed.

AWARDS: Wounded 4 Me 5k trophies are given to Overall Male and Female Finishers. Medals are given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place males and females in the following age groups: 0-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-40, Masters Class (40+), and Grandmasters Class (50+).
