The Member Services team, the folks who provide assistance ranging from taking bill payments to sign-ups, are relocating to new facilities at the Central Office located at 555 New Salem Highway.

Walk-in service will be enhanced by a drive-thru payment window to make it easier for members to conduct business. Murfreesboro members can also use the Rutherford County Office at 326 St. Andrews Drive to make payments or receive assistance.

Again starting Monday, you will no longer have the option to visit the MTE office in downtown Murfreesboro. You will only be able to find MTE at 555 New Salem Highway and 326 St Andrews Drive in Murfreesboro.
