(MURFREESBORO)  The 19th Annual Greenway Art Festival had a few challenges during its 10AM to 4PM run at the Old Fort Park on Saturday (9/16/2023). It started with a steady rain in the morning, and the moisture came and went throughout the event. 

While walking along the Greenway Art trail, NewsRadio WGNS spoke with Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Department's new Marketing Coordinator Lynn Caldwell . . .

The 50 artists presented their works in oil paint, watercolor, pottery, textiles, metal, glass, sculpture, and jewelry.

The festival is held in the Old Fort Park along the winding path that meanders behind Kids Castle and the giant picnic shelter.
