MURFREESBORO, TN - A “Be on the Lookout” for a missing teenager in the Rutherford County area has been canceled. According to Murfreesboro Police, 17-year-old Ruger James Taylor has been found and is safe.  

The MPD originally told WGNS that Taylor was last seen on September 8, 2023 in the area of Indian Park Drive in Murfreesboro. Because the whereabouts of the teen were not immediately known, he was entered into the National Crime & Information Center database (NCIC). 

Again, MPD Public Information Officer Larry Flowers confirmed in a Monday email that Taylor was found safe.
