Host J. Paul Newman takes a look at past court cases, highlighting three that were tied to convicted felon Moses Bess and how his actions equaled tremendous sadness for several generations. Newman is retired from the Rutherford County District Attorney's Office, where he served as an Assistant DA for years.

In the second half of the show, we hear from Rutherford County District Attorney Jennings Jones who updates listeners on all the latest court cases, indictments and more.
