A new Wendy's restaurant is under construction in the fast-growing north Murfreesboro section of Memorial Boulevard. WGNS' Bryan Barrett has more:  VERBATIM: The restaurant will be located next to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Dutch Bros. Coffee, and Slim Chicken's, and across the street from Two J's Grille. This is the fourth Wendy's location in Murfreesboro. The other locations are on Old Fort Parkway by Target, South Church Street at Rutherford Boulevard, and on Memorial close to Donut Country. The new Wendy's is expected to open in late 2023 or early 2024. It will offer the same menu as other Wendy's restaurants, including fresh, never-frozen beef, made-to-order burgers, and Frosty desserts. The construction of the new Wendy's is part of a larger boom in the north Murfreesboro area. In recent years, several new apartment complexes and condominiums have been built in the area. This growth has led to an increased demand for new businesses and restaurants.
