Antonya Quantez Beach allegedly shot two people in July of 2020. With further details on the crime, here's Rutherford County District Attorney Jennings Jones... The female who was shot was a Murfreesboro resident and the male lived in Clarksville, TN.

Two months after Beach was indicted by a Rutherford County Grand Jury, he was captured by police and charged with Attempted First Degree Murder, Attempted Second Degree Murder, two counts of Aggravated Assault and Employing a Weapon During a Dangerous Felony.

The case went to trial earlier this year and WGNS recently learned that all of the charges Beach faced, had to be abated... Abatement's are unusual in criminal cases that involve an attempted first degree murder charge. That said, the Rutherford County District Attorney explains why the abatement occurred as day three of trial began...

And once more, charges against Mr. Beach ended in abatement after he reportedly committed suicide on day three of trial, according to the district attorney's office in Rutherford County.
