SMYRNA, TN - The Smyrna Police Department is actively seeking to identify an individual caught on surveillance cameras and accused of theft at the Target store on Industrial Boulevard near Sam Ridley Parkway. According to Smyrna PD, the alleged thefts occurred on November 25th and 26th, with the suspect visiting the store on three separate occasions.
The unidentified individual reportedly left the premises without paying for multiple items, including a Hisense brand ultra-high definition flat-screen Smart TV, a product captured in a picture released by detectives. The stolen TV ranges in price from $229 to $800, depending on the size, adding significance to the theft.
The suspect, seen in the released image, was observed leaving the retail giant in a maroon-colored SUV during each visit. Unfortunately, the license plate details could not be obtained.
