Fri. (Jan. 19 - Feb. 23, 2024) 6-8PM Free RAD class for all women age 13+ offered by Middle Tennessee State University's Police Department.  If you are not familiar with the Rape Aggression Defense system for women, it teaches how to incorporate self-defense tactics and techniques. The concept of the program begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training.   (NOTE: Once you sign-up for the RAD class, MTSU will inform you where the classes will be held.  This is for security purposes.)  For more information and to register, email rad@mtsu.edu.
