What's happening at the Rutherford County Library System. The first segment features Trey Gwinn giving an in-depth look at what is happening at the Technology Engagement Center (TEC). They are offering computer classes as well as one-on-one assistance with smart phones. 

The second part includes a panel from all RCLS branches with information about special activities at those locations.
