It was previously revealed that Perkins still faces a list of charges in Union Township, Pennsylvania, for the alleged shooting and killing of 33-year-old Lamar Johnson. Authorities reported that Perkins and Johnson were involved in a shootout, resulting in Johnson's death. Perkins reportedly left the scene with Johnson's estranged wife.
