Smyrna, TN - Early Friday (4/19/2024) morning Smyrna Police responded to a shooting at a home on Clear Circle Drive. One person was injured. When police arrived, the injured man had already been put in someone's private vehicle and taken to a Nashville hospital.

The incident started around 4:30AM with four individuals barricaded inside the home. 

As Smyrna Police secured the Clear Circle Drive house, they took three people into custody. 

That left one male still barricaded inside the home. The more than 6+ hour ordeal ended without incident around 11:00 o'clock. 

The gun shot victim was the only injury. 

Clear Circle Drive is off I-24 and between Almaville Road and Enon Springs Road West, near LifePoint Church.
