SMYRNA, TENN. - Yesterday, Equitable Property Company celebrated the groundbreaking of Sewart’s Landing, a significant mixed-use development in Smyrna, Tennessee. The project, located at the intersection of Sam Ridley Parkway and Highway 41, covers 44 acres and aims to enhance the community with a blend of medical, residential, and commercial spaces.
The master plan for Sewart’s Landing, developed in close collaboration with the town of Smyrna, includes two expansive medical office buildings, each offering up to 400,000 square feet of space. Additionally, the development will feature up to 250,000 square feet of street-level retail, a 240-key hotel, and 75 for-sale townhomes.
Sewart’s Landing is designed with a pedestrian-focused street grid, emphasizing vibrant streetscapes, boutique retail spaces, community greenspace, and a surrounding walking trail. The first phase of the project has already attracted premier tenants secured by JLL, including Starbucks, Wawa, Jonathan’s Grille, and a national grocer.
As Smyrna continues to experience growth in both residential and commercial markets, the town eagerly anticipates the benefits Sewart’s Landing will bring.
