Arrington, TN - Just 19-minutes into Saturday morning, the Arrington Volunteer Fire Department received a call about a semi-truck fire on I-840 at mile marker 42.  As the first units pulled-up to the scene, flames surrounded by heavy black smoke were billoughing 50-plus-feet into the air. 

Firefighters report that it took approximately 1,500 gallones of water and foam mix to extinguish the blaze. 

Officials are conducting an infestigation and are suspicious about the early morning interstate-inferno.
