Murfreesboro, TN - Are you ready to hear the rumble? New Murfreesboro City School's (MCS) teachers will be signing their contracts, receiving their laptops, and grabbing supplies with the Principal, Director of Schools, family members and school mascots on Monday (7/22/2024). The event will be held at Scales Elementary at 2340 St. Andrews Drive in Murfreesboro. 

From the starting bell at 8:00 o'clock, the hall dashes continue solid until 3:00PM Monday afternoon. Well, actually, MCS' Communications Director Lisa Trail noted, "We will break for lunch and an hour of deep breathing at noon". 

Look sharp, sound sharp and put your best foot forward, as we welcome our new teachers to the district.
