Murfreesboro, TN - Each month WGNS' listeners nominate a person who has made a difference in the healthcare that they receive. This month it has been Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Labor & Deliver nurse Lindsay Harvey. She was surprised recently by Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital's President and CEO Gordon Ferguson at the Birth Center.
Lindsay was nominated by a listener who writes, "She was my nurse when I found out that my daughter was stillborn. Lindsay was a godsend. So very kind and gracious. Very empathetic. Lindsay helped make a heartbreaking situation a little more comfortable."
