Ogleton reminds residents to ensure that friends and loved ones have a properly working air conditioner and to make sure neighbors are safe during this week's heat wave.

The hot months of summer are key times for the Cool-Aid Program to offer crucial assistance by providing and installing air conditioning units and fans for those who cannot afford them. Volunteers regularly help Ogleton install window unit AC’s, especially when temperatures rise significantly.
