It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Linda Frost Beck, who peacefully entered into the arms of God on September 13, 2024. Born on October 27, 1944, in Franklin, Tennessee, she was the cherished daughter of the late Roy Alvin Frost and Ruby Watson Frost.

Linda's life was a testament to love, generosity, and devotion. Her greatest joy was in giving to others, even when it meant sacrificing for herself. She loved her family and friends deeply and brought joy to all who were blessed to know her. Her warm smile could light up a room, and her passion for cooking filled hearts and homes with comfort and delight.

A woman of strong faith, Linda found solace and community with her church family at Creekmont General Baptist Church. Her unwavering love for the Lord and her community was an inspiration to all.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Harold Frost, her grandson, Joshua Chin-Curlee, and her son-in-law, Stan Hardcastle.

Linda is survived by her loving family: her son, Donnie Curlee, and his spouse, Peter Chin; her daughter, Denise Curlee Hardcastle; her sisters, Martha Douthit and Nell Beatey; her grandson, Daniel Curlee; her granddaughter, Stephanie Johnson, and her husband, Jeremy Johnson; and her great-grandchildren, Jefferson, Julianna, and Jacqueline Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024, from 11 AM until 1 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel in Murfreesboro, TN, followed by a funeral service at 1 PM officiated by Bro. Ben Martin and Calvin Dias. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tony Beatey, Daniel Jones, Jeremy Johnson, Jefferson Johnson, Calvin Dias, and Mike Shockey. Daniel Curlee will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
