Murfreesboro, TN - The calendar's page has been turned to November, and all sorts of festive events are scheduled for Oaklands Mansion, 900 N. Maney Avenue in Murfreesboro.
Oaklands Mansion looks forward to you celebrating this special time of year. On Friday December 6th for our ANNUAL CHRISTMAS DINNER and on Saturday, December 14th for our 41ST ANNUAL CANDLEIGHT TOUR OF HOMES!
The 2024 Christmas Dinner will be ONE NIGHT ONLY and will begin at 6:30PM. This dinner will feature a traditional holiday meal from Five Senses Restaurant, Bar, and Catering, The evening will also feature light jazz and Christmas Classics performed by local band Quaterlife and a full bar service provided by Julie’s Bartending Services. Sponsors of the Christmas Dinner will enjoy a cocktail hour from 5:30 to 6:30 in the Mansion featuring shrimp cocktail, appetizers from the Hamery, and Lola wine courtesy of the LaRoche Family Foundation.
The 41ST ANNUAL CANDLELIGHT TOUR OF HOMES is Oaklands’ next event, held on Saturday, December 14th from 4:00PM until 8:00PM. This special holiday tradition will take you on a walking tour through Murfreesboro’s East Main Street Historic District, to historic homes on adjoining streets, and then to Oaklands Mansion. The Middle Tennessee State University Raider Express will make the rounds at no charge to our guests.

This deadline ensures that your name will appear on the invitation for the Dinner and in print media for the Candlelight Tour.
