MURFREESBORO, TENN. – Emergency crews responded to a vehicle collision involving the Ascend Federal Credit Union on Memorial Boulevard early this morning.

According to officials, the vehicle struck the building, causing visible damage. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.

Personnel from the Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department (MFRD) were on-site to assess the structural integrity of the building. Additionally, Murfreesboro building codes officials were contacted to conduct a formal inspection of the structure.

The extent of the damage to the credit union remains under evaluation. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
