Retired Naval Officer Phil Barnett is our Toot’s Volunteer. He is really involved with both Read to Succeed as well as the Sheriff’s Senior Citizens Awareness Network. He serves on Read to Succeeds’ board and does everything imaginable with the SCAN group. In addition, Phil is very active in Rotary and numerous other local non-profits.  Thank you, Phil Barnett.
