Retired Naval Officer Phil Barnett is our Toot's Volunteer. He is really involved with both READ TO SUCCEED as well as the Sheriff's SENIOR CITIZENS AWARENESS NETWORK (SCAN). Phil serves on Read to Succeed's board and does everything imaginable with the Senior Citizens Awareness Network. In addition, Phil is very active in Rotary and numerous other non-profits.
