The shooting occurred on Saturday night, January 4, as Rolle allegedly opened fire within the store on South Cumberland Street.

The breakthrough in the case came thanks to a tip from a concerned citizen, which led detectives to confirm Rolle's identity and possible location. In a statement via social media, the LPD expressed gratitude for the community's support, acknowledging the dedication of the detectives and officers involved in the investigation.

Davin Rolle was apprehended and booked into the Wilson County Jail at 1:30 AM today (Tuesday January 7, 2025). The suspect is currently facing charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
