Information Sought in Franklin, TN Shooting That Claimed a Life on Tuesday

FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Detectives with the Franklin Police Department are actively investigating a shooting death that occurred on Tuesday night in Williamson County. Police responded to a shots fired call on Valor Ct. at approximately 6:30 p.m., where they found a man on the ground with gunshot wounds.

The victim has been identified as 32-year-old Lattarius Johnson, a resident of Franklin. Despite being rushed to an area hospital, Johnson was later pronounced deceased. Authorities are working diligently to follow up on leads from the scene.

At this time, investigators believe that the shooting appears to have been an isolated incident, which has raised both concern and curiosity within the local community. As the investigation progresses, police are urging anyone with information regarding the shooting or potential suspects to come forward.
