Murfreesboro, TN - The Rutherford County Fire Marshal’s Office has arrested 41-year-old David Victorio in connection with the March 15, 2025 burning of a passenger vehicle near Asbury Road in Murfreesboro. Authorities took Victorio into custody on Thursday (3/20/2025) as part of an ongoing investigation.

The probe, which involved the execution of search warrants, received support from multiple agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, La Vergne Police Department, and Rutherford County Pet Adoption and Welfare Service.

Victorio faces charges of Setting Fire to Personal Property and was booked into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. He was later released on a $7,500 bond.
