MURFREESBORO, TN – Linebaugh Public Library will welcome local author Terri Lee for a book signing event on Monday, April 7, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Lee, a Murfreesboro resident and debut author, enjoys crafting engaging stories for young readers. Having grown up in a military family, she experienced a unique childhood filled with travel across the United States and even a stint living in England.
Lee will be signing copies of her book, The Adventures of Modern Megan, a children's story that follows the exciting experiences of a seven-year-old girl living with her parents in a high-rise apartment in New York City. The book includes three distinct adventures: an introduction to Megan’s family, pets, and nanny; a journey into the world of astronomy; and an exploration of the New York Zoo. The book is recommended for both children and the young at heart. Copies will be available for purchase, with cash or check accepted as payment.
The book signing will take place at Linebaugh Public Library, located at 105 W. Vine St. in Murfreesboro. Other branches within the Rutherford County Library System include Smyrna Public Library, Eagleville Bicentennial Public Library, MGL Library inside Patterson Park Community Center, the Technology Engagement Center, and the Historical Research Center.
