Rutherford County Sheriffs Office’s Sgt. Brady Greene in the Patrol Division is being honored for a unique reason. A listener writes that they called deputies for help when her father had a heart attack. He passed out and a deputy was nearby. Sgt. Green is a state licensed advanced emergency medical technician. He teaches the American Heart Association’s basic life support to all deputies. He also wrote a grant that places bag valve masks for life support with all patrol deputies.  Thanks to Sgt. Greene a bag valve mask is in every Rutherford County Sheriff’s car, he trains every deputy, but, to me, I’m most thankful that Sgt. Brady Greene’s work allows me to continue to love and enjoy my dad!
