RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TN - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has issued an Endangered Child Alert for 2-year-old Harleigh Stover, who was last seen on March 31 near Harriswood Lane in Murfreesboro. Authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant as the search for the missing toddler continues.
Harleigh is described as having blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and no shoes. Officials believe she is with her non-custodial father, 35-year-old Brandon Stover. Brandon is described as being 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 195 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office has issued an arrest warrant for Brandon Stover on charges of Custodial Interference. Authorities fear for the child's safety and are asking for the public's assistance in locating her.
