Murfreesboro, TN - Saddle up, Rutherford County—PAWS is fixin’ to throw the rootin’-tootin’-est adoption event this side of the Mississippi! This ain’t just any ol’ shindig—it’s the Dog Gone Adoption Event, happening Saturday, April 12, from 10 AM to 2 PM at 285 John R Rice Blvd.
Expect a boot-scootin’ good time with food trucks like The Wee Chippy Fish & Chips and Black Box Ice Cream, vendors, giveaways, games, and—y’all guessed it—plenty of adoptable pets lookin’ for their forever homesteads.
The fine folks at PAWS are even poppin’ up FREE popcorn for all who mosey on down. And in true wild west fashion, costumes are welcome! Dust off that cowboy hat and get ready to meet a new four-legged deputy for your posse.
“We’re thrilled to invite the community to join us for this family-and-pet-friendly event. This isn’t just about finding homes for our animals, but also celebrating the joy and companionship that pets bring to our lives,” said Sebastian Jordan, Public Relations Media Specialist at Rutherford County PAWS.
The critters available for adoption are all spayed or neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations, so if you’re lookin’ to take home a tail-waggin’ partner, be sure to check out adoption requirements at https://rutherfordcountytn.gov/adoption.
Giddy up and help these pups get gone—straight into your loving home!
