The Primary Care and Hope Clinic announces the addition of Lita Warise, Family Nurse Practitioner. Warise will be responsible for general patient care including healthcare for chronic and acute illnesses, annual physical exams, immunizations, care for minor injuries and women’s health.
Warise graduated from University of Alabama, Huntsville as a Family Nurse Practitioner and completed clinical experience training under the supervision of Primary Care and Hope Clinic Nurse Practitioners. Warise also holds a Doctorate of Education from Trevecca Nazarene University, and a Master of Science in Nursing Education as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union University. Warise was previously a tenured associate professor at MTSU’s School of Nursing.
