The City of Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Department has offered youth cheerleading to the citizens of Murfreesboro and Rutherford County for over 50 years. The Murfreesboro Cheerleading Program is one of the longest running programs of its kind in Rutherford County. That being said, the parks cheerleading camp is quite popular during the summer.

The most recent Parks and Rec. Cheerleading Camp was a great success for local children wanting to learn more routines.
