A new Murfreesboro Police headquarter office will be open in about one year, according to Murfreesboro City Manager Rob Lyons.

Currently, Murfreesboro Police operate out of three buildings on South Church Street and one building on North Rutherford Boulevard. The new headquarter office will allow police to all be under the same roof.

The new office is on North Highland Avenue in the former location of Murfreesboro Medical Clinic.
