Each weekday morning, WGNS recognizes folks in our community who go the extra mile. It's thanks to folks like you, who tell us about special people in their lives. By simply providing the information below, we will surprise your Good Neighbor nominee in the days to come with flowers from Rion Flowers, Coffee & Gifts and also announce it several times on the radio. There will also be a post on WGNSRadio.com with information about their award. 

The infromation you provide will remain confidential. The person won't know who nominated them. That's the part that makes it so special. We will also not share any of the below information, which is all required for us to be able to get their flowers delivered.
