Rutherford County voters in the unincorporated areas have overwhelming chosen on the referendum approving consumption on the premises or liquor by the drink.
County Election Administrator Alan Farley:
Farley says the local results will be certified on November 16th. It's at that point it will go to the state Alcohol Beverage Commission.
