(MURFREESBORO) There seems to be a variety of stories about how the COVID-19 vaccinations are being dispensed. Murfreesboro Mayor Shane McFarland will go "live" on WGNS at 6:00 o'clock Tuesday night (1/5/2021). The mayor will talk with  Rutherford County Emergency Management Agency Director Chris Clark and Rutherford County Health Department Assistant Director LaShan Dixon. 

The Mayor’s briefings are intended to openly discuss topics of concern to the Murfreesboro community. McFarland encourages the people of Murfreesboro and Rutherford County to join in the conversation.

This special broadcast will be carried live on all WGNS channels (AM 1450, FM 100.5, and FM 101.9), City TV 3 and all of its outlets.
