Amazingly, there were no serious injuries when a motorcycle crashed into a Honda SUV on Tuesday morning in the Rockvale area of Rutherford County. The wreck happened around 7:30, Tuesday morning at the intersection of Rowland Road and Armstrong Valley Road.

A witness told WGNS that the rider of the green Kawasaki was said to be wearing not only a helmet, but also thick motorcycle leathers which may have saved his life. The same witness told us that the SUV turned into the path of the oncoming motorcycle.

Again, no serious injuries were associated with the accident on Tuesday morning.
